Store Policies and Conditions


All purchases will be shipped via the USPS.  We offer Standard, Priority, and Express shipping options.  For all oversized items we will use UPS via special arrangement.  Please let us know if you require any special shipping arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate you.  To make arrangements, please click here to contact us with your shipping requests.

All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise.  If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts full responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.  Orders placed before 2PM (PST) are often shipped the same day.  Orders placed over a weekend/holiday will be shipped the following business day.

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping.  It is our hope that we may offer international shipping at a later date.  Please inquire here if you have international shipping needs.


ONLINE PURCHASES:  We are happy to accept returns for online orders within 7 days of order delivery.  The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.  Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.  We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders.  Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges.  Spirithouse Import Gallery does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Spirithouse Import Gallery.

IN STORE PURCHASES:  If you purchase an item in store, our store policies apply.  We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with original receipt within 30 days of purchase.  The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.  Returned items must have the original tags attached.  Returns shipped to our Website Returns Address are not accepted.  We do not offer refunds for any items purchased in our Nevada City store location.



Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.


All orders submitted to Spirithouse Import Gallery are encrypted to ensure your transactions are processed safely.


We respect your right to privacy.  Spirithouse Import Gallery will not sell or share your name or personal information.


All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability.  In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Spirithouse Import Gallery reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information.

Spirithouse Import Gallery does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on spirithouseimports.com.  If the item selected for purchase is not available, Spirithouse Import Gallery will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent.  This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit.  Please further note that Spirithouse Import Gallery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged.  If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Spirithouse Import Gallery shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of purchase.
